Technical organizer of the event (Congress center contact person is Mrs. Smiljana Slivniker: smiljana.slivniker@cd-cc.si) have booked hotel accommodation facilities, yet they are to cancel the excess by the end of this week and we believe that you might experience difficulties with late hotel booking. To avoid any inconveniences, you are kindly requested to send them your hotel accommodation requirements without delay. If you are not certain of the exact date of arrival and departure, you can still change the date later on, until 15 February. To avoid double booking, we would be grateful if you informed them whether your hotel accommodation is being arranged by an agency or by yourself. If you send hotel accommodation requirements for several persons, kindly list all the names.
