HOW TO BOOK
Hotel reservations may be made by completing and returning the enclosed Hotel Accommodation to CANKARJEV DOM, Cultural and Congress Centre (Prešernova 10, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) not later than January 7, 2002, as the number of rooms available for the conference is limited, and your preference of accommodation cannot be guarantied after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
Accommodation can be secured by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as an accommodation guarantee.
CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION, REFUND
Your registration, hotel accommodation and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon the receipt of your registration/hotel accommodation form and payment (or proof of payment).
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Cankarjev dom. Cancellations received before January 3, 2002 are free of charge. After this date no payment will be refunded.
